It would be cool to try on the goggles, but also a little scary i guess. It seemed like the goggles had a big affect on some of the kids. The article was pretty well written, but confusing at some points for me.
I've worn drunk goggles before for health class at my old school and we had too walk on a straight line of tape, and I thought I was doing soooo good and I was really 3 feet off the line haha!
But its a good thing that they did that because it shows how much you DON'T know when your drunk. I wish I could of driven with them on though!!!
I think that the drunk goggles can help you see the affects of being drunk, but as they said when you are drunk you brain thinks that everything is OK. So I want to see if this will affect there judgement if they get drunk.
P.S. It would be cool if we could get are hands on a pair of drunk goggles.
i think this article is really interesting, ive never heard of drunk goggles in my LIFE. but its really scary that they had kids drive even just go-karts while having it simulated that theyre drunk. i would definitely want to look into how the goggles work.
i think that this article was a really good way to teach kids about drinking/driving. It sounds scary, but a good realization too. i hope i never have to try on those goggles.
I think these googles are good because the show the effect of drinking but i think the project itself it kinda odd. Making kids wear those googles and then drive? I guess it teaches them not to drunk drive but i was once at put-n-plus when a kid drove way off the course and got really hurt, so i also think this is not that safe!
Thats really weird and i would proabably be freaked out if i wore the goggles.
ReplyDeleteEVERYBODY DONT GO TO PUT N PLUS GO TO JETOS.
its an interesting article though.

This is pretty interesting, and I think it'd be great to try DRUNK GO-CART RACING.
ReplyDeleteIt'd be awesome; just buy a bunch of these goggles, then go to Jetto's (or Lookanoos, with the new owners) and have a race.
Also, I wonder... If you actually get drunk, then put these goggles on, will they cancel each other out and let you drive drunk?
I had to wear those dunk goggles for health class. They were kinda fun and interesting to use.
